For businesses, we understand that computers are an investment. You want to get the most for your money and regular maintenance will ensure a much longer life for your office computers.

Offices can be full of traffic and with that traffic comes dirt, dust and debris. All of that can eventually make its way in to your computers and begin causing you problems. Fans plugged by all of that can cause excessive heat inside the computer case and hence begin burning up internal components.

*If any problems are found you will be provided with an estimate on repairs to include parts and labor. The Business Class Service discounted labor rate is $40.00 per hour plus the cost of parts*

**Services do not include hardware or software in the price. All hardware or software will be purchased, and charged for, separately unless supplied by the customer. All hardware repairs/installs are guaranteed for up to 30 days. For insufficient funds a returned check fee of $30.00 will be added to the total of any outstanding invoice.**

Business Solutions
  1. Opening the case and performing a complete cleaning of the inside. Fans that get plugged with dirt can cause heat to build up inside which in turn can harm your internal components. Heat is NOT your computers friend!
  2. Clean your mouse and keyboard with compressed air.
  3. Inspect all fans and heat sink to ensure proper operation and that they are free from dirt and debris.
  4. Check the positioning of expansion cards to ensure they are seated properly. Thermal expansion (caused by heat) can happen when you have internal components heating and then cooling which can cause components such as chips to change position.
  5. Ensure that all drives are functioning properly (to include CD, DVD and floppy).
  6. Verify that all internal external cables are properly seated and connected.
  7. Run a scan disk on the hard drive and check amount of drive space that is left available.
  8. Update or upgrade your anti-virus software.
  9. Install anti-spyware/malware software.
  10. Run a full scan of the system for spyware/malware.
  11. Removal of unused or unneeded software.
  12. Registry cleaning.
  13. A ventilation and airflow evaluation to ensure proper air flow through your computer.
