We offer drop off service at an
hourly labor rate of $40 per hour and we also offer in home
service at an hourly rate of $60 per hour. Labor rates do not
include software installations or parts.
One time full 13 point computer
maintenance is $60 if dropped off or $80 if we send a
technician to your home. A maintenance includes virus, spyware
and malware removal at no additional charge.
Reformat drive and install
Windows Office XP professional installation is $20
Virus removal is $15
Spyware/malware removal is $15
If a bad piece of hardware is
discovered, you will be notified and given an estimate for
replacement. Repairs will never be made without
prior customer consent!
